CLOUDNRJ / Legal notice
Legal notice
Publisher, contacts, rights and responsibilities.
Updated: 8 October 2026
1. Publisher identity
Publisher: CLOUDNRJ LTD
Supplied address: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, WC2H9JQ, London, United Kingdom.
2. Publisher and contact
Cloudnrj.com presents domain names, Cloud hosting, self-managed VPS and business email setup under the CloudNRJ brand. The English edition identifies CLOUDNRJ LTD at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H9JQ, United Kingdom. Supplied company particulars appear in the identity section.
Contact help@cloudnrj.com for website, sales, billing and rights enquiries. Send abuse reports to abuse@cloudnrj.com, identifying the service and relevant facts.
3. Contracting entity and languages
French and Arabic editions identify CloudNRJ SARL. Each quotation, confirmation or invoice must identify the supplier. Choosing a language does not itself transfer a contract, determine applicable law or remove mandatory rights.
A shared brand does not establish joint liability between companies. Clarify your supplier’s identity and service scope before paying.
4. Documents and scope
Product pages describe offers and prices; guides give general information. This notice does not replace accepted quotations, service terms or legally required pre-contract information. Terms, privacy, storage and service agreements are available in the footer.
Mandatory law prevails over inconsistent wording. Specific commitments must be read with the documents accepted for that transaction.
5. Access and maintenance
Access requires a compatible browser and connection. Maintenance, security controls, network failures or supplier incidents can affect functions. CloudNRJ may correct and update the website.
Public website availability is not a service-level commitment for purchased hosting. Any such commitment belongs in the relevant contract. Non-excludable legal obligations remain unaffected.
6. Intellectual property
Original content, design, code and identity assets are protected as applicable law provides. Viewing them to evaluate services is permitted; uses beyond legal exceptions require permission.
Google Workspace, Gmail, cPanel and other third-party names belong to their owners. References do not assert partnership or accreditation. Illustrated projects and interfaces are examples, not customer endorsements or guaranteed outcomes.
7. External links and domains
External registries and suppliers have their own policies; linking does not imply control over their content. Registry data may change independently.
WHOIS/RDAP and availability checks are distinct. No registry result does not prove availability. A positive availability result is not registration, which requires final checks and confirmation.
8. Acceptable use and reports
Do not misuse forms, send spam, seek unauthorised access, disrupt systems or infringe rights. Temporary technical restrictions may prevent abuse without deciding the merits of a request.
Provide the domain or URL, dates, facts, evidence and a reply address in reports. Do not send passwords or full card details. Reporting does not automatically require removal.
9. Responsibility and protected rights
Users are responsible for accurate information and lawful content. CloudNRJ remains responsible for its own legal and contractual duties. No commercial outcome, search ranking or suitability for undisclosed uses is guaranteed.
Nothing constitutes a general exemption, excludes non-excludable liability or removes statutory guarantees, consumer protections or data rights.
10. Complaints and jurisdiction
Send complaints to help@cloudnrj.com with the service reference and remedy requested. Seeking an amicable resolution does not prevent contacting a competent authority or court.
Law and jurisdiction depend on the supplier, relationship and mandatory rules. Visiting the site does not impose exclusive jurisdiction or waive consumer protections.
11. Updates and records
The revision date identifies this notice’s version. Updates cannot retrospectively remove accrued rights or amend contracts without respecting their terms and applicable law.
Keep copies of transaction documents. Quote their date and reference when requesting information about an older version.
