Privacy
Information used, purposes, recipients and your rights.
Updated: 8 October 2026
1. Controller and scope
The English edition identifies CLOUDNRJ LTD at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H9JQ, United Kingdom; French and Arabic editions identify CloudNRJ SARL. The responsible entity must match the service relationship. Language selection does not automatically transfer data between companies. Contact help@cloudnrj.com.
2. Information
Forms may request identity, email, organisation, phone, billing address, country, city, postcode, department, reference and message. Required fields are marked; missing essential details may prevent handling. Domains, cart data and technical connection records are also processed. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information.
3. Purposes and bases
Data supports requested enquiries, offers, contracts, support, legal duties and security. Depending on the processing, bases include pre-contract steps, contract, legal obligations, legitimate security interests balanced against rights, or consent when required. Support requests do not subscribe you to marketing.
4. Submission and payments
Tickets are sent through the hosting mail service; transport acceptance does not guarantee immediate reading. Current checkout prepares a summary and email for you to send, without automatic payment. It does not send full card details or security codes to the server. Future payment integrations must identify their providers.
5. Queries and location
Domains are relayed to Honline or registries, which may keep technical request records. Supported public technical WHOIS fields are displayed. Local hosting IP-location information may suggest address fields, without browser GPS. Suggestions remain editable and may be inaccurate.
6. Recipients
Access is intended for authorised personnel and necessary service providers. Abuse reports go to abuse@cloudnrj.com; necessary evidence may reach the affected service holder or competent authorities. Google Workspace is subject to the customer’s separate Google subscription. The ticket button sends no conversation to an AI provider.
7. Retention
Browser periods appear in the storage policy. Enquiries should be limited to handling, contracts, legal duties and claims, then deleted or restricted to necessary archives. Criteria include closure, the contract, accounting duties and disputes. Browser deletion does not erase received mail; counter windows do not describe all server retention.
8. International transfers
Registries and suppliers may process abroad. Before restricted transfers, the entity must determine applicable safeguards, including adequacy or appropriate contractual safeguards where required by UK law. Moroccan processing may require CNDP formalities. This policy does not certify undocumented authorisations.
9. Rights and complaints
Depending on applicable conditions, rights include information, access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and portability. Consent withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. Write to help@cloudnrj.com; proportionate identity checks may be necessary. You may complain to the ICO or another competent authority.
10. Security
Controls include validation, form tokens, request limits and access restrictions, without a guarantee of invulnerability. Report suspected disclosure without sending exploitable secrets. Incidents must be assessed and documented, with notifications where required. Protect credentials and avoid untrusted devices.
