Website use and the framework for service requests.

1. Purpose
CloudNRJ presents domain names, Cloud hosting and self-managed VPS plans. The cart prepares a commercial request. It does not reserve domains or activate services.
2. Pricing and orders
Prices are displayed in MAD excluding tax. Before payment, the commercial proposal must confirm the contracting entity, taxes, total, billing period, renewal and options. This interface does not collect payments.
3. Domains and hosting
Availability can change until registration is completed. A domain is not automatically included with hosting; it is priced separately per year. Resources, limits, backups and support must be confirmed in the service proposal.
4. Self-managed VPS
The customer manages installation, configuration, updates, application security and external backups. Licences and additional services must be specified separately.
5. Responsible use
Do not send passwords or payment card details by form or email. Services must not be used for unlawful activity, spam or infringement of third-party rights.
6. Term, cancellation and support
Activation times, cancellation, refunds and support terms will be specified in the commercial proposal before acceptance and payment. No additional availability or response commitment is made here.
7. Google Workspace setup
The displayed setup covers five users, account creation, domain connection, security configuration and onboarding. Google licences are purchased separately by the customer; existing-mail migration requires a separate quote. Optional support requires agreement. Intervention access must be limited to what is necessary and reviewed afterwards.
8. Contract and evidence
A cart or summary alone does not establish supplier acceptance. Confirmation must identify the supplier, scope, period, amounts, renewal terms and agreed extras. Records may evidence the relationship as applicable law permits. The customer may request a durable record of the commitment.
9. Renewal and ending services
A billing period is distinct from automatic renewal. Selecting yearly billing alone creates no recurring debit. Dates, renewal methods and cancellation rules must be included in accepted terms. Customers should arrange data retrieval before ending a service, subject to supplier duties. Hosting cancellation does not automatically transfer or delete a domain.
10. Cancellation rights and refunds
Statutory withdrawal and refund rights remain available under their applicable conditions. Customer status, service type and commencement matter. Digital delivery alone does not establish an exception. Any required express request for early performance and related acknowledgement must be obtained lawfully; these terms impose no general waiver.
11. Security restrictions
Restrictions for serious security risks, unlawful use or breach must have a verifiable basis and be proportionate. Required notice and opportunities to remedy must be respected when compatible with urgency. Customers can respond through support. Security action does not justify arbitrary removal of rights or data.
12. Guarantees and complaints
Resources and support are those agreed for the service. General guidance does not replace assessment of a specific need. Mandatory liability and guarantees remain unaffected. Send complaints with the service reference to help@cloudnrj.com; this does not prevent statutory remedies.
