Service scope
The selected plan defines storage, websites, memory and email accounts. Website creation and domains are separate services.
Website management
The customer keeps copies of files and databases, updates applications, secures credentials and respects resource limits.
Options and upgrades
Managed backups, licences and migrations require an agreement when ordered. Upgrades depend on available resources and project compatibility.
Term and termination
The confirmation specifies the term, renewal and cancellation arrangements. Export your data before service ends. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
