Ordered resources
The confirmation specifies vCPU, RAM, storage, network, IP addresses and operating system. Options and extra charges require acceptance before billing.
Self-management
The customer manages the system, software, firewall, updates and backups. Managed administration and commercial licences are excluded unless explicitly agreed.
Network and security
Monitor traffic and protect access credentials. Contact support to agree on a suitable response to an incident or resource overrun.
Activation and termination
Activation, renewal and termination arrangements are included in the confirmation. Export your data before service ends.
